Best Workout Tracker

Terms

The agreement between you and whoever runs this app. Short, because a contract you cannot read is not worth writing.

Last updated 27 October 2026.

What the app is

Best Workout Tracker is a workout tracker, run by one person. You log what you lifted, it charts what changed, and it keeps your history for as long as you keep the account. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page. It is not a coach, a medical service or a guarantee of results.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 16 years old.
  • If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.
  • One account belongs to one person. Do not share the password.
  • Use an email address you can actually receive mail at. Resetting a password needs it.
  • Tell us if someone else gets into your account, and end the session under Profile, then Security.

Your training log stays yours

You own what you enter. We claim no rights over it, we do not sell it, and we do not train anything on it.

  • Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you want.
  • Delete the account and everything in it goes, at once, for good.
  • If this app ever shuts down, you get at least 60 days of notice and the export keeps working for the whole of it.

What it costs

Nothing. The app is free, with every feature, and there is nothing to pay for. You need an account to keep your log.

Training is yours to judge

The one rep max, warm-up, plate and calorie figures are estimates from published formulas applied to the numbers you typed in. They are planning aids, not instructions, and they know nothing about your technique, your sleep or your injuries.

Nothing here is medical or nutritional advice. Lift within what you can handle, and if you have a condition or an injury, ask someone qualified rather than an app.

Fair use

  • Do not try to break into the app, other accounts, or the machines it runs on.
  • Do not scrape it, resell it or run it as your own service.
  • Do not upload anything illegal, and do not put other people's personal data in your notes.

When it breaks

It is kept online and backed up with real care, and it still will not be perfect. There is no uptime guarantee. Keep your own export if your history matters to you, which it probably does.

Features can change. Anything that would take away something you rely on comes with notice first.

Ending it

  • You can leave whenever you like, from Profile.
  • We can suspend an account that is attacking the service or breaking the fair use rules above, and will say why.

What we are responsible for

The app is free and provided as it is. We are not liable for loss that comes from using it, except for death or personal injury, anything done deliberately or through gross negligence, or anything the law says cannot be limited against a consumer.

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have as a consumer under Swedish or EU law. If a clause here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

If these terms change

The date at the top says when they last did. A change that affects you comes by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can close the account before then if you do not like it.

Law and complaints

Swedish law applies, and Swedish courts decide anything that cannot be settled between us. If you live elsewhere in the EU, this does not remove the protection of your own country’s consumer law.

Start by writing to [email protected]. If we cannot agree, you can take it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at arn.se, which handles consumer disputes in Sweden free of charge.
