Import from FitNotes
Export once, drop the file in, and your years come with you.
Moving a FitNotes log across
- Open the overflow menu on the FitNotes home screen, then Settings.
- Under Data, tap Spreadsheet Export.
- Choose the workout data, then Save Export or Share Export.
- Sign in here, open Import, and drop the CSV in.
A CSV export dropped into the import box, then the Bench Press weight-over-time chart it becomes, climbing to a 100 kg single.
The backup file is a different thing
FitNotes also writes a .fitnotes backup, and only FitNotes reads it. Its own documentation says data cannot be restored from the CSV. The spreadsheet export is the one that travels.
What comes across
Dates, workout names, exercises, weight in kg or lb, reps, distance, duration, RPE, reps in reserve, notes, muscle group, set kind, and left and right sides.
