Import from Hevy

Export once, drop the file in, and your years come with you.

Moving a Hevy log across

  1. Open Profile in Hevy, then Settings.
  2. Tap Export and Import Data, then Export Data.
  3. Choose Export Workouts and save the file.
  4. Sign in here, open Import, and drop the file in.

A CSV export dropped into the import box, then the Bench Press weight-over-time chart it becomes, climbing to a 100 kg single.

What comes across

Dates, workout names, exercises, weight in kg or lb, reps, distance, duration, RPE, reps in reserve, notes, muscle group, set kind, and left and right sides.

Hevy reads one format back

Hevy's own help centre states that it imports Strong CSV only, that the file has to be in English, and that an account gets one import. Worth knowing before planning a move in either direction.
