Import from JEFIT

Export once, drop the file in, and your years come with you.

Moving a JEFIT log across

  1. Open the data controls in your JEFIT account settings.
  2. Export your data and save the CSV.
  3. Sign in here, open Import, and drop the file in.

A CSV export dropped into the import box, then the Bench Press weight-over-time chart it becomes, climbing to a 100 kg single.

Two places to look

The export is reported both in the account settings on the JEFIT website and inside the app itself. Either one produces a CSV, so take whichever your account shows.

Any shape of file

Columns are matched by their names, which matters here because the JEFIT file is laid out in sections rather than one clean table. If the match fails, hand the file and the built-in prompt to any AI assistant and import what it returns.
